* all organic ingredients *
-- 2 cups dried gluten free oats
-- 2 cups toasted coconut flakes, unsweetened
-- 1 16-oz. jar crunchy peanut butter
-- 1 cup ground flaxseed
-- 1 10-oz. package, vegan carob chips
-- 2/3 cup raw agave
-- 2T vanilla extract
-- 1 cup toasted coconut flakes, for rolling of each ball
Measure all ingredients into a bowl, mix with your hands, until fully mixed.
Cover and let chill for half an hour.
Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you prefer, and roll balls in the coconut flakes on a large plate.
Then placing them on cookie sheet freeze for one hour.
Store in a glass container, and refrigerate for up to a week.
