B.L.W.'s "Almond Pulp" Muffins/Bread

* all organic ingredients * 

-- I cup almond pulp

“Blueberry”

“Blueberry”

-- 2 cups whole wheat flour

-- I cup coconut sugar

-- I cup almond milk

-- 4 eggs

-- 3/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

-- 1T vanilla extract 

-- 3t baking powder

-- 1t salt

Depending on what flavor you want to make, add the following

2 cups fresh blueberries or any berries

2 cups cut apple, cinnamon sugar for on top

1/4 cup poppy seeds, 2T lemon juice, 1 lemon zest

1 package chocolate chips and 3 bananas mashed

Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees

Measure all dry ingredients and place into a bowl

Measure all liquid ingredients and place in a bowl

Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients into one bowl

Add what flavor muffins/bread you choose and fold in! 

Place mixture in muffin tins or a bread pan (lined or sprayed)

Cook for 40-50 mins in middle rack. (check with a knife)
