B.L.W.'s Superfood Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup tart cherry juice
  • 1/2 cup Acai puree (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup blackberries (frozen) 
  • 1 T almond butter
  • 1/4 cup muesli or granola of choice
  • 1/8 cup raw nuts of choice
  • 1 t cinnamon  


Place coconut water, tart cherry juice, acai, blackberries and almond butter in a high powered blender and blend together. 

Pour in a small bowl.

Add muesli or granola and raw nuts on top. 

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

You might want to choose some more fun add-ons to place on top! (fresh fruit, chia seeds, raw coconut, dried figs, dark chocolate pieces, just to name a few......)
